Nightkeeper Coming to iPhone

A Habit Game for Bedtime

A sleep-habit tracker for people who never stick with habit trackers.

It doesn't keep score — it builds the habit. Nightkeeper is a Habit Game: draw cards, build your own deck of bedtime habits and level them up, like a deck-builder where the deck is your sleep routine.

A habit tracker gives you nothing to come back for — you open it only to tick a box. Nightkeeper gives you more: real knowledge about sleep, a system that knows the next step, and a game that pulls you in.

How the game goes

Your sleep routine, built card by card.

Draw

Draw your cards

Habits, effects, relics, and the occasional surprise. Pick what goes on your table — the spread is your routine for today.

Keep

Keep your word

Next day, a quick moment of honesty: tick only what you actually did. No sensors, no proof — the game trusts you, and that's exactly why it works.

Build

Build your deck

Every card is one piece of a healthy sleep routine, and every card levels up — from Novice to Grandmaster. Small steps, day after day, until the habit sticks. Card by card, you build your deck. And your deck is your routine.

Moments from the game

Scratch open knowledge, win items, watch a habit pass its level.

Built for the bad days

Slipping up is part of the game

Everyone building a habit misses a night. That's normal — not failure. In Nightkeeper, slips are built into the rules: one bad night doesn't wipe out your progress, and sometimes the deck even hands you a second chance. You just keep playing.

Cheating only cheats you

Sure, you could tick a box you didn't earn. Nothing stops you. But there's nothing to win — no prize, no leaderboard, nobody to impress. You'd just end up with a nice-looking deck that isn't true. The game only means something when it's about your real nights.

It explains, not just counts

This isn't just cards on a table. The game pulls you into the why: what light does to your body clock, why a steady wake-up time matters, how caffeine sneaks into your night. When you understand how a problem works, it's much easier to fix.

A real game — on your side

Streaks, surprise draws, Challenges, items to win. Everything you'd expect from a good game — designed so it never gets in the way of the habit. It just keeps you coming back to it.
